Realtor.com is seeking a Sr. Manager of Software Engineering to guide architecture, delivery, and reliability across major initiatives. You will influence product strategy, build high-performing teams, and partner with product leadership to drive business outcomes.

You will balance innovation with operational excellence, mentoring engineers, and ensuring scalable, maintainable systems while collaborating with design, product, and other engineering groups.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading software engineering teams; 8+ years related experience.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong ability to coach and mentor engineers and to grow high-performing teams.
• Hands-on experience with modern web architectures and cloud platforms, and a track record of delivering reliable systems.

• Define priorities, scope, and sequencing to maximize impact and alignment with OKRs.
