Qualifications

• 5+ years in software architecture, design and development with backend/API focus.
• Experience with distributed systems and cloud-based architectures.
• Proficiency in one or more backend languages (Python/Typescript/Go/Java/Rust).
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Define work and drive technical decisions for complex features.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver scalable consumer/agent experiences.
• Lead product development from ideation to release with rapid prototyping.
• Architect, implement and evolve back-end APIs and frontend components.
