Job summary

Rula is a remote-first company building AI agent capabilities on a platform that supports rapid experimentation and scalable deployments. You will contribute to core infrastructure that enables agentic development across teams, with a focus on AI tooling, reliability, and developer experience.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teammates to ship features, mentor engineers, and drive adoption of best practices in cloud-native environments, CI/CD, and scalable architecture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering delivering scalable production systems.
• Experience with agentic coding tools and LLM integrations.
• Strong communication and ability to guide, train, and upskill engineering teams.
• Demonstrated ability to independently solve routine and non-routine complex problems and drive technical process improvements.
• Solid foundation in technical design, architecture, and developer experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain core infrastructure components enabling agentic development.
• Drive AI enablement, developer relations, training, and shared tooling across the organization.
• Collaborate with Platform Experience Team to ship reliable systems and improve developer UX.
• Mentor engineers and raise engineering standards across teams.
