Job summary

Rula is a remote-first company hiring a Senior Software Engineer to build foundational AI agent capabilities. On the Platform Experience Team, you’ll design, implement, and maintain core infrastructure enabling agentic development across teams.

You will drive AI enablement, developer relations, training, and tooling, helping engineering groups adopt modern AI workflows while keeping a strong focus on scalability and reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering delivering scalable production systems.
• Experience with agentic coding tools and LLM integrations.
• Ability to guide, train, and upskill engineering teams.
• Ability to solve complex problems and drive technical improvements.
• Solid foundation in design, architecture, and developer experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain core infrastructure for agentic development.
• Build foundational AI agent capabilities on the Platform Experience Team.
