Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5-10 years of professional development experience (ideally using C#, .NET, WCF, WPF, etc. on Windows platforms).
• Excellent understanding of software engineering practices, object-oriented design, and architecture principles.
• Good working knowledge of multi-threaded application development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Working as part of a cross-functional development team to implement, test, debug, and peer-review code for the console of a nuclear medicine imaging system.
• Writing and reviewing technical documentation to support software development and system integration.
• Designing, implementing, and executing unit and integration software tests to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Interfacing with internal partners (test engineering, systems engineering, product management, etc.) and external partners, including global teams in Germany and India.
• Adhering to established software quality processes and development standards.
