Job summary

Anduril Industries, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer for Maritime Integrated Systems to own software across autonomy, simulation, data processing, and mission software for naval platforms.

You will design, implement, and deliver scalable services, mentor engineers, and collaborate with hardware, robotics, and cloud teams to evolve product lines while ensuring lifecycle testing and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Extensive professional software engineering experience across domains.
• Systems and/or application programming with algorithms, data structures, concurrency and design.
• Experience troubleshooting remotely deployed software systems.
• Ability to own software services from concept to sustainment.
• Eligible for U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of software integrated into maritime autonomous systems.
• Architect, design, implement and evolve software services across platforms.
• Develop on- and off-robot software with diverse technologies.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and mentor engineers.
• Support development processes, testing and deployment lifecycle.
• Travel to co-locate with end-users up to 20% of the time.
