Job summary

Anduril Industries' Maritime Division is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer to drive delivery of software integrated into autonomous maritime platforms, including autonomy, simulation, data processing, and mission software.

You will lead technically, own end‑to‑end outcomes, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate across multi‑disciplinary teams while traveling up to 20% to co-locate with end‑users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive professional experience as a Software Engineer across domains and technologies.
• Proficiency in algorithms, data structures, concurrency, scalability, testing, and system design.
• Experience troubleshooting remotely deployed software systems.
• Ability to own software services end-to-end and mentor junior team members.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a US Secret security clearance.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% to co-locate with end-users.

Responsibilities
