Job summary

Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, seeks a Sr. Software Engineer for Maritime Integrated Systems.

You will lead end-to-end software responsible for autonomy, simulation, data processing, and mission software integrated into our maritime products. You will mentor engineers, architect scalable services, and collaborate across robotics, AI, and hardware teams, with travel up to 20% to work with end-users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, CS, Engineering or equivalent.
• Extensive professional software engineering experience across domains.
• Strong algorithms, data structures, concurrency, and scalable system design.
• Experience debugging remotely deployed software.
• Ability to own software services, engage stakeholders, and drive roadmaps.
• Authorized to obtain US security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of software integrated into products.
• Architect and implement autonomous platform software and data processing.
• Lead development of reusable services across multiple product lines.
• Develop on-board and off-board software for robotics platforms.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Travel up to 20% to co-locate with end-users.
