Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to independently drive software delivery across autonomous maritime platforms. You will lead end-to-end design, development, testing, and deployment of software components integrated into our products, including simulation, data processing, and off-board control.

Ideal candidates have strong software engineering fundamentals, experience in multiple domains, and ability to mentor teams while coordinating with cross-functional groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Extensive professional software engineering experience across domains.
• Strong fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, concurrency, and system design.
• Experience troubleshooting remotely deployed software systems.
• Ability to own software services end-to-end and lead teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and grow technical capabilities.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain US Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery of software components integrated into autonomous maritime platforms.
• Lead architectural design, development, and end-to-end lifecycle of software subsystems.
• Develop software for on- and off-robotic platforms using diverse tech stacks.
• Collaborate across teams to create reusable components for multiple products.
• Support vehicle manufacturing, deployment, testing, and validation.
• Mentor engineers and participate in multi-disciplinary teams; travel up to 20%
• Engage with end-users and customers to ensure value delivery.
