Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing and supporting production software applications.
• Experience developing full-stack apps using Python and React.
• Experience designing and supporting REST APIs, integrations, and distributed systems.
• Experience with PostgreSQL including data modeling and query optimization.
• Experience deploying and supporting apps in enterprise production environments.
• Experience using GitHub, Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools to accelerate development and code quality.
• Strong problem-solving skills across multiple layers of an application.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and guiding teams.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack applications for manufacturing operations.
• Translate business requirements into scalable software solutions from concept to production.
• Lead technical design discussions and influence architecture across apps and platforms.
• Build and maintain UIs, APIs, integrations, and databases.
• Troubleshoot production issues and support deployments and releases.
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews and engineering best practices.
• Mentor engineers and elevate technical capability within the team.
• Improve performance, reliability, security, and user experience across platforms.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, software, and business teams to deliver impactful solutions.
• Support critical production incidents, including after-hours as needed.
