General Motors is seeking a Manufacturing Software Integration Supervisor to lead a team of software engineers responsible for integration and support of End of Line test, flash, and related manufacturing software across plants and launches. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration to protect EFTQ and ensure launch readiness.

The position requires leading a skilled team, coaching talent, and driving process improvements in End of Line operations, with up to 25% travel and onsite work

Formación

• Proven ability to lead, mentor, coach, train and evaluate engineers while supporting career growth.
• Knowledge of vehicle electrical systems and diagnostics
• Proven ability to quickly assess plant issues, provide useful feedback and remove roadblocks before they impact throughput or quality
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functional teams and build strong plant/customer relationships

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day execution of the MSIE team, ensuring reliable support for End of Line test/flash across GMNA.
• Coach and develop engineering talent, supporting growth and succession planning.
• Own process performance by identifying gaps in End of Line operations and improving pass rates and throughput.
• Drive cross-functional launch and plant alignment with manufacturing, product, IT, and launch teams.
• Foster a forward-thinking culture that embraces change and addresses future challenges.
• Build strategic relationships across software, manufacturing, and program management for future innovations
