Ideal Innovations, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Lead Software Engineer to direct software sustainment, enhancements, and deployment for FABIS, a sensitive biometric platform. You will lead teams, own technical direction, and collaborate with government customers to ensure mission-critical reliability.

The role emphasizes C#/.NET, WPF, REST APIs, and SQL Server work in a hybrid setup with on-site presence in Bethesda, MD. A Top Secret/SCI poly clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Software development experience in C# and .NET technologies.
• Technical lead experience supporting software development, system sustainment, integration, and deployment.
• Experience with WPF, .NET website development and REST API.
• Experience working with relational databases.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate software sustainment, enhancements, testing, integration, and deployment activities.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to engineering teams.
• Collaborate with Government customers, operational users, and DevSecOps teams to deliver mission-focused solutions.
• Maintain and enhance FABIS platform components (C#/.NET, SQL Server).
