Bestinfo Systems LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Software Lead in Herndon, VA to own and guide software products from requirements to deployment. You will lead the development lifecycle, mentor junior engineers, and apply AI-assisted tooling to accelerate high-quality delivery.

The role requires an active Secret clearance, a Bachelor's degree with 9+ years of experience (or equivalent), and strong skills in Java, C++, and cloud-native deployments within a DoD/telecom context.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree and at least 9 years of experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Java and C++, and cloud-native deployment in a DoD/telecom context preferred.
