• Bachelor’s degree with 8–12 years of experience or Master’s with 6–10 years.
• Experience leading technology assignments and supervising others.

Responsibilities

• Develop, create, and modify general computer applications software or specialized utility programs.
• Analyze user needs and develop software solutions.
• Design or customize software for client use to optimize operational efficiency.
• Analyze databases within an application area and coordinate development as part of a team.
• Research, design, develop, and test OS-level software, compilers, and network distribution software.
• Set operational specifications and analyze software requirements.
• Design embedded systems software.
• Apply principles of CS, engineering, and mathematical analysis.
