Job summary

Ideal Innovations, Inc. (I3) is an SDVOSB supporting critical U.S. Government biometric and forensic missions.

The Sr. Lead Software Engineer will manage and direct software sustainment, enhancements, testing, integration, and deployment while following engineering best practices. The role involves working with advanced technologies for facial recognition, biometric matching, large-scale image processing, and examiner workflows.

Qualifications

• DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification required.
• If not certified, must obtain within 90 days of offer acceptance.
• Experience with C#, WPF, .NET, REST API and relational databases.

Responsibilities

• Lead software sustainment, enhancements, testing, integration, and deployment.
• Collaborate with Government customers, engineers, and DevSecOps teams.
• Provide technical direction and ensure engineering best practices.
