Job summary

InterEx Group is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead a close-knit engineering team and drive the evolution of our fundraiser management platform. You will deliver scalable, production-ready code for new and existing features in a mostly remote setting.

You will mentor engineers, shape technical direction, and partner with leadership to ensure operational success while transitioning to microservice architecture and modern cloud-native practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent required.
• Experience leading a software engineering team and mentoring junior engineers.
• Strong background in designing scalable microservices and cloud-based architectures.
