Qualifications

• Java or Python application developer.
• Experience with Big Data processing frameworks (Spark, EMR, Athena).
• Familiarity with ETL/ELT pipelines for large data ingestion.
• GenAI exposure.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain applications integrating multiple data sources to provide actionable insights.
• Ensure code quality, optimize performance, and adhere to software development best practices.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers, guiding responsible use of AI-assisted development tools.
• Participate in architecture discussions and help define technical strategy and solutions.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and cross-team dependencies to deliver projects on time and with high quality.
• Support production systems and troubleshoot complex issues while simplifying infrastructure and codebase.
• Apply computer science fundamentals and Big Data technologies to solve business challenges.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to align priorities and foster a mission-driven culture.
