Qualifications

• 7+ years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, military, or education.
• Hands-on experience with Java full stack, Kafka, and Python across modern stacks.
• AI-assisted development practices at scale to improve productivity and quality.
• Solid SDLC understanding with Agile/DevOps delivery and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments.
• Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs, including upgrades and deployments.
• Review technical challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures.
• Collaborate with peers and managers to resolve challenges and achieve goals.
• Lead projects, provide escalation guidance, and mentor junior staff.
• Support deployments, environment stability, and production operations, including on-call aspects.
