Olsson seeks a Senior Software Engineer to lead end-to-end SDLC for citizen development and innovation initiatives, partnering with Digital Solution Leaders, stakeholders, and IT teams to deliver scalable solutions.

This role blends software engineering with project delivery leadership, guiding from discovery through deployment, ensuring governance, security, and long-term support while delivering measurable business value across the firm.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field preferred; associates degree with equivalent experience accepted.
• Minimum 6+ years delivering technology, automation, software, digital transformation, or business process improvement solutions.
• Experience leading cross-functional technology initiatives and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience gathering requirements, evaluating solutions, and managing technology projects through development, implementation, and support.
• Developing or supporting solutions using Java, Python, C#, VB.NET, JavaScript, SQL, HTML, VBA, or similar technologies.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end SDLC from intake through architecture, development, testing, deployment, and support as primary technical delivery lead.
• Partner with DSLs, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to identify opportunities, define requirements, and evaluate solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend approaches including automation, AI-enabled solutions, low-code platforms, or third-party technologies.
• Manage all phases of the solution lifecycle from discovery to continuous improvement.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, and Infrastructure for delivery.
