Job summary

Olsson seeks a lead Project Manager for its Site Design group to drive complex, high-priority projects from scope to completion. You will build scopes, schedules, and budgets, manage teams, and coordinate resources to deliver quality engineering and design solutions.

Travel may be required for in-office activities, client and site visits. This role offers flexible work arrangements, including remote or hybrid options, with opportunities to grow professionally within a people‑focused firm.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience in project management including scope, schedule and budget control.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration required.

Responsibilities

• Develops project scopes, schedules, and budgets and tracks progress to manage financial success and timely completion.
• Leads execution of project plans by coordinating internal resources and assigning responsibilities.
• Monitors progress and ensures deliverables meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Manages change requests, performs risk management, and protects financial performance of projects.
• Maintains client relationships and ensures exceptional service to secure future work.
