Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 8+ years of Civil Engineering experience.
• Professional engineer registration required.
• Experience supervising technical personnel (≥4 years).

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical lead for large-scale project design and oversee the design from start to completion.
• Review project documents for compliance with codes and standards.
• Monitor processes and resources to maximize productivity.
• Develop standards and guidelines for diverse engineering activities.
• Mentor team members to raise technical expertise.
• Collaborate with project managers to deliver on time and budget.
