Job summary

Olsson is seeking a Lead Project Manager to guide multidisciplinary engineering design projects from early planning through final construction-ready documents. You will lead project teams, build strong client relationships, and help ensure the delivery of high-quality engineering solutions.

You will mentor team members, manage scope, schedules, budgets, and risks while fostering collaboration and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 6+ years in the AEC industry with increasing project responsibilities.
• 2+ years in project management, preferably multidisciplinary.
• Experience with large-scale industrial or campus-style developments is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams from planning through construction documents.
• Coordinate architecture and engineering efforts for data center campuses.
• Build and maintain client, contractor, and stakeholder relationships.
• Facilitate meetings, reviews, and coordination sessions.
• Oversee design packages, drawings, reports, and calculations.
• Support quality management and technical reviews.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and project profitability.
• Identify risks and opportunities and keep stakeholders informed.
• Mentor team members and foster collaboration.
