Job summary

OLH Inc. is seeking a Software Developer 3 to support software applications and systems by investigating, designing, documenting and implementing software solutions.

You'll work with customers, product owners and end users to understand business needs and mentor team members as a servant leader. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and about 9 years of related experience, with strong Agile/Scrum practices and a track record of delivering complex software solutions on time

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 9 years related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience directly related to the occupation.

Responsibilities

• Devise logic procedures, flowcharts, and coding to design, develop, analyze, modify, test, debug and evaluate software to meet functional requirements.
• Develops conversion, system integration and system implementation plans.
• Gathers reporting requirements and recommends and implements solutions.
• Prepares and obtains approval of system and programming documentation.
• Provides training and support for end-user customers and trains users in conversion and implementation of system.
• Uses formal Agile and Scrum project management methodologies; gathers customer requirements; performs risk management; capacity and availability planning for computing infrastructure.
• Fosters an inclusive work environment free from discrimination and harassment.
