Job summary

Assort Health is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Infrastructure to run the cloud platform behind our AI voice services for medical practices. You will own CI/CD pipelines, Terraform IaC, and Kubernetes operations to keep systems reliable and scalable.

You’ll focus on autoscaling, observability, and cost control, while collaborating with on-call engineers and helping unblock teammates in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Senior Software Engineer, Infrastructure

The role centers on running the cloud infrastructure behind a voice AI platform for medical practices: CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code with Terraform, Kubernetes, autoscaling, observability and cost control. A strong candidate has several years of hands on production infrastructure work and treats manual steps as problems to automate. Clear communication matters because much of the job is unblocking other engineers and sharing on call duties.
