Job summary

Assort Health is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Infrastructure to run the cloud platform behind our AI voice services for medical practices. You will own CI/CD pipelines, Terraform IaC, and Kubernetes operations to keep systems reliable and scalable.

You’ll focus on autoscaling, observability, and cost control, while collaborating with on-call engineers and helping unblock teammates in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Several years of hands-on production infrastructure experience.
• Experience with Terraform and Kubernetes in production.
• Strong automation and on-call incident response mindset.

Responsibilities

• Run and improve cloud infrastructure for AI voice platform.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and IaC with Terraform.
• Operate Kubernetes clusters, autoscaling, and cost controls.
• Ensure observability and reliability for patient-facing services.
• Share on-call duties and unblock other engineers.
