CTM, a cutting-edge software company in the SaaS/UCaaS space, is hiring a Software Engineer III in Maryland. You will design, develop, test, and deploy CTM’s technical solutions alongside engineers and product managers.

You will own projects from planning through launch, communicate risks, and collaborate with teams to improve code quality and development practices, while mentoring peers and delivering reliable software.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development in a professional setting.
• BS in CS or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Python, Ruby on Rails, or JavaScript.
• Ability to own projects end-to-end and drive milestones.

• Lead design and implementation of moderately complex projects.
• Own projects from planning through launch.
