Job summary

ALSAC is seeking a technically senior software engineer to lead design, development, and integration of enterprise applications. You will mentor engineers, champion best practices in front-end UI/UX, APIs, microservices, and SecDevOps, and partner with analysts to deliver data-driven customer solutions.

The role emphasizes Salesforce Data Cloud, data governance, and scalable data services across the organization, with Memphis preference but open to other U.S. locations.

Qualifications

• Experience across multiple layers of the application stack (front-end, back-end, data, and database technologies).
• Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineers.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5–8 years of technical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical analysis, design, and development across multiple systems; troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Lead technical initiatives spanning systems and applications.
• Mentor Software Engineers I and II on technical best practices and code reviews.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support development and enhancement of applications and services.
• Study emerging tools and technologies to maintain expertise.
