Job summary

ALSAC is seeking a senior software engineer to provide technical leadership across multi-layered enterprise applications, including frontend UI/UX, APIs, and SecDevOps. You will mentor engineers and drive design, development, and integration of customer data solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; 5–8 years of technical and programming experience.
• Experience across multiple layers of the application stack (front-end, back-end, data, and database).
• Strong collaboration in cross-functional teams and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical analysis, design, and development across multiple systems.
• Lead technical initiatives spanning multiple applications.
• Mentor Software Engineers I and II; train on technical and data analysis.
• Engage with stakeholders to support application development and enhancements.
• Stay current with emerging development tools and technologies.
• Collaborate with analysts and customers to plan for future needs.
• Understand system utilization and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop, test, document, and maintain complex application programs.
• Mentor team throughout the Software Development Life Cycle.
