Job summary

ALSAC seeks a seasoned software engineering leader to design, develop, and integrate multi-layer enterprise applications. You will mentor engineers, guide SDLC activities, and partner with stakeholders to shape scalable data solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud.

You will influence architecture and data platforms, driving best practices in SecDevOps, APIs, and modern cloud data architectures across the organization in Memphis.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of multi-layer enterprise app development and APIs.
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading initiatives.
• Strong background in front-end, back-end, data and database tech.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across design, development and support of enterprise applications.
• Lead initiatives spanning multiple systems and applications.
• Mentor Software Engineers I and II with code reviews and problem solving.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and plan improvements.
• Stay current with emerging tools and participate in training opportunities.
• Collaborate with analysts and customers to align solutions with business needs.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain complex application programs.
• Guide team through the Software Development Life Cycle.
