Job summary

ALSAC is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead technical efforts across enterprise applications, focusing on front-end, back-end, data, and APIs. You will mentor junior engineers and collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to deliver scalable customer data solutions.

The role emphasizes experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, data governance, and modern cloud architectures, with Memphis preference but open to strong US-based candidates.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in multi-layer application development across front-end, back-end, data and DB technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in information systems, engineering or CS with 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams with defined roles and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and design across complex changes or milestones.
• Lead technical initiatives spanning multiple systems and applications.
• Mentor Software Engineers I & II and conduct code reviews to strengthen the team.
