Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field with 5–8 years of technical experience.
- Experience building multi-layer enterprise apps across front-end, back-end, data, and DB tech.
- Proven ability to mentor engineers and lead technical initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, and develop complex changes across multiple systems.
- Lead technical initiatives that span multiple applications.
- Mentor Software Engineers I & II and support code reviews.
- Engage with stakeholders to refine applications and services.
- Stay current with new tools and development practices.
