You will collaborate with engineering, product, analytics, and clinical teams to deliver reliable, secure software at scale, in a hybrid Redwood City or US-wide remote environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience in backend systems.
• Experience designing and deploying production-grade backend services.
• 3+ years building TypeScript and Node.js services in production.
• Proficient with microservices, event-driven architectures and observability.

Responsibilities

• Understand user needs and translate into scalable software solutions.
• Document system designs, components, and workflows.
• Develop and test backend services end-to-end.
• Ensure reliability, performance, and scalability of systems.
• Participate in design and code reviews.
• Support production deployments and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate across engineering, product, analytics, and clinical teams.
