Job summary

Reddit, Inc. is seeking a senior software engineer to join the Home Experience team. You will own features end-to-end, from design and development to testing and launch, impacting feeds across Reddit's apps and website.

You'll collaborate with product, design, and engineering peers, mentor teammates, and drive observable improvements through metrics and experiments in a fully remote, US-based team.

Qualifications

• Six+ years of experience building user-facing applications.
• Experience designing and analyzing experiments with product metrics.
• Proficient in one or more general purpose languages (Python, Go, Swift, Kotlin, Rust, C#).

Responsibilities

• Own the full development cycle for major projects: design, develop, test, experiment, and launch.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver compelling features.
• Mentor engineers and champion best practices in a fast-moving, remote environment.
