Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the FuzeRx team in the United States (Kentucky-focused hiring). You will help improve prescription intake and processing, enhancing the pharmacy experience through automation and robust systems.

You will work on enabling partners to configure billing and clinical workflows, mentor peers, and drive scalable, high-impact solutions across our care platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive software engineering in high-volume environments.
• Deep background in Backend or Full Stack with Rails/TS/JS and PostgreSQL.
• Expertise in architecting complex systems for maintainability, performance, and scalability.
• Strong engineering fundamentals with experience building high-volume, resilient systems.
• Proven track record of code quality, documentation, reviews, and production issue mitigation.
• Relentless in pursuing impact through your work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain services powering prescription intake and processing.
• Improve pharmacy experiences via automation and efficient workflows.
