As a Sr Software Engineer, you will own complex workstreams, drive technical decisions, mentor engineers, and ensure designs are reliable, scalable, and safe in a healthcare environment with real impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building distributed backend systems in production.
• Experience building system prompts and AI frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB or comparable document stores.
• Track record of leading technical work across a team.
• Experience with cloud-native deployment (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

Responsibilities

• Design robust system prompts using LLM frameworks.
• Partner with product teams to automate workflows.
• Design and implement robust file-ingestion pipelines using Databricks.
• Own a domain end-to-end, including data model and contracts.
• Lead code reviews, set technical standards, and mentor engineers.
• Hold the team accountable for test coverage, observability, and production health.
