CVS Health's Oak Street Health division is seeking a Sr Software Engineer to own complex backend workstreams, mentor peers, and ensure production health. You will design AI prompts, build Databricks pipelines, and partner with product teams across the health network to modernize scheduling, care coordination, and records systems.

Qualificações

• 5+ years building distributed backend systems in production.
• Proficiency building system prompts and utilizing AI frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB or comparable document stores.
• Track record of leading technical work across a team.
• Experience with cloud-native deployment (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

Responsabilidades

• Design robust system prompts using LLM frameworks.
• Partner with product teams and business stakeholders to automate workflows.
• Design and implement robust file-ingestion pipelines using Databricks.
• Own a domain or service area end-to-end, including its data model and integration contracts.
• Lead code reviews, set technical standards, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
• Hold the team accountable for test coverage, observability, and the production health of the services you own.
