• 5+ years building distributed backend systems in production.
• Experience with AI prompts and frameworks.
• Hands-on with MongoDB or document stores.
• Experience leading technical work across a team.
• Experience with cloud-native deployment (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

Responsabilidades

• Design robust system prompts using AI frameworks.
• Partner with product teams to automate workflows.
• Build data pipelines using Databricks.
• Own a domain end-to-end including data models and contracts.
• Lead code reviews and set technical standards.
• Ensure test coverage, observability, and production health.
