Findigs, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to own end-to-end features for our rental platform. You will collaborate with Product, Data, Design and Engineering to deliver fast, scalable software that improves the rental experience nationwide.

You will mentor early-career engineers, drive architectural decisions, and uphold security and quality through hands-on development, code reviews, and observability practices. Hybrid work in NoHo.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years of full‑stack development experience with Node.js, Python, Java, or Ruby.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB).
• Experience designing APIs (REST, GraphQL, gRPC) and SOA.

Aufgaben

• Lead end‑to‑end design, development, and deployment of web applications and services.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, Compliance, and Security to define, scope, and deliver projects.
• Architect scalable, secure systems and guide technical decisions across the stack.
• Own features from concept to integration with frontend and backend teams.
• Mentor and coach early‑career engineers to raise skill levels.
• Improve site performance and observability through telemetry and optimization.
• Prioritize features and trade-offs to shape user and developer experiences.
