• Develop multi-tier, high-volume, reliable user-centric applications operating 24x7.
• Produce high-quality, unit-tested code with CI.
• Provide technical leadership and drive large-scale programs across teams.
• Lead execution of complex features and break down requirements into milestones.
• Design scalable, fault-tolerant component architectures and data models.
• Uphold code quality via reviews, design docs, and debt reduction.
• Utilize AI tools to boost SDLC productivity and share best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers and dependent teams to negotiate trade-offs and ensure on-time delivery.
• Balance tactical execution with long-term technical debt management and roadmapping.
