Qualifications

• 5+ years of software back-end development experience.
• 3+ years in Java fundamentals, Spring Boot ecosystem.
• 3+ years in GraphQL, REST APIs, and microservices.
• 3+ years in relational and NoSQL database design and optimization.
• 2+ years SDLC, Git, branching, and CI/CD.
• 2+ years reviewing code and establishing testing strategies.
• 2+ years cloud-native development and deployment patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of scalable digital solutions.
• Write production-ready code and develop complex software components.
• Drive architectural decisions for scalability, performance, security.
• Mentor junior engineers through reviews and pairing.
• Champion engineering best practices including CI/CD and observability.
• Ensure quality through unit/integration tests and debugging.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and clinical stakeholders.
• Participate in sprint planning and remove technical blockers.
• Create technical documentation and runbooks.
• Identify opportunities for technical debt reduction and optimization.
