Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience with backend focus
• 3+ years in Java fundamentals and Spring Boot ecosystem
• 3+ years with GraphQL, REST APIs, and microservices
• 3+ years database design across relational and NoSQL
• 2+ years with SDLC, Git, branching, and CI/CD pipelines
• 2+ years in code reviews and testing strategies
• 2+ years cloud-native development

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of scalable digital solutions
• Write production-ready code and develop complex software components
• Drive architectural decisions for performance, security, and maintainability
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pairing
• Champion CI/CD, testing, observability and code quality
• Own QA processes with comprehensive unit/integration tests and debugging
• Collaborate with product, operations, and clinical stakeholders
• Participate in agile ceremonies and sprint planning
• Create system designs and architecture documentation
