Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience with Back End focus.
• 3+ years of Java fundamentals and Spring Boot.
• 3+ years in GraphQL, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
• 3+ years in database design and optimization (relational/NoSQL).
• 2+ years SDLC, Git, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.
• 2+ years contributing to code reviews and testing strategies.
• 2+ years cloud-native development and deployment patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and architecture of scalable digital solutions.
• Write production-ready code and implement critical functionalities.
• Drive architectural decisions ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pairing.
• Champion testing, CI/CD, and observability best practices.
• Own QA processes for complex features and debug production issues.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and clinical stakeholders.
• Produce technical documentation and runbooks.
