Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of professional software development experience building and operating production web applications.
• 3+ years building developer-facing platforms such as developer portals, API platforms, authentication platforms, cloud platforms, or self-service experiences.
• 3+ years with TypeScript, React, and modern frontend architecture (Next.js or similar).
• Proficiency with AI-assisted development tooling and AI-first engineering culture.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate experiences that allow customers to onboard themselves to the ID.me platform.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to clarify requirements and deliver production-ready solutions.
• Own developer experiences and ensure first-time successful onboarding as a north-star metric.
• Extend and improve platform infrastructure including micro-frontends, micro-services, and shared UI libraries.
