Job summary

NTT DATA North America in Plano, Texas is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for Contact Center Platforms. You will design and build cloud-native Java applications and integrate CCaaS like Amazon Connect.

This hybrid role focuses on scalable solutions for workforce management and contact center workflows. Responsibilities include developing microservices, REST APIs, and real-time data processing, collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, and delivering high-quality

Qualifications

5+ years of Java full stack development experience.
5+ years with Java, Spring Boot, and modern API-driven development (microservices, REST).
3+ years building cloud-native apps using AWS with Docker/Kubernetes.
1+ year using AI Dev Assist tools in SDLC.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Java/Spring Boot microservices and full-stack apps.
Build scalable REST APIs and integrate with WFM/CCaaS platforms including Amazon Connect.
Develop workforce forecasting, scheduling, and real-time agent management solutions.
Collaborate with business teams to capture requirements and implement scalable CC workflows.
Work with QA to ensure quality and automation coverage.
Implement cloud-native apps on AWS with Docker/Kubernetes and participate in code reviews.
