Job summary

Capgemini America, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Java Developer to design and build scalable cloud-native apps powering workforce management and contact-center solutions in the US Westlake TX or Durham NC area.

You will work with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS, React/Angular, Docker, Kubernetes, and modern practices to deliver resilient, high-performance services integrated with Amazon Connect and enterprise systems.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, REST API development, and Microservices architecture.
Strong hands-on experience with React.js or Angular and JavaScript/TypeScript.
Proven expertise in AWS services including Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, S3, IAM; cloud-native design.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-native applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React/Angular.
Build and deploy solutions on AWS leveraging Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, S3, and other cloud-native components.
Develop high-performance REST APIs and backend services for workforce management and contact center platforms.
Implement containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes, with CI/CD automation and Infrastructure-as-Code.
Integrate enterprise apps with Amazon Connect and voice/contact center platforms for seamless workflows.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across application, cloud, and telephony environments ensuring security and reliability.
