Technology Resource Experts, LLC is seeking experienced Software Engineers to design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions. The role involves handling complex tasks with minimal supervision, mentoring junior engineers, and driving technical decisions to improve scalability, security, and performance.

The position emphasizes end-to-end software development, collaboration across cross-functional teams, and transitioning toward cloud capabilities.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph; last poly within 7 years.
• Level 2: BS + 14 years experience
• Level 3: BS + 20 years experience
• Solid experience with Python required.
• Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages, such as Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, etc.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms.

Responsibilities

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using modern software engineering principles and best practices.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Perform code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with other team members.
• Debug and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner.
• Lead the design and architecture of complex software systems, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering their professional growth.
