Technology Resource Experts, LLC is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications. The role involves solving complex problems, mentoring juniors, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver features.

The position focuses on Java development with cloud-based capabilities, adherence to SDLC, and participation in code reviews to boost quality and knowledge sharing across the team.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with MD polygraph required (last poly within 7 years).
• Level 2: BS + 14 years experience.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, Go.
• Solid understanding of the SDLC and Agile.
• Experience with Git and database technologies (SQL/NoSQL).

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain robust software applications.
• Analyze complex issues and perform root cause analyses.
• Fix bugs and resolve defects from escalated tickets.
• Write clean, well-documented code following standards.
• Participate in code reviews and disseminate knowledge across the team.
• Collaborate with product managers, QA, and stakeholders to design solutions.
• Provide guidance to junior engineers and contribute to process improvements.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and troubleshoot guides.
• Ensure timely resolution of issues to maintain system uptime.
