Job summary

You will drive high-quality, secure software, participate in design discussions, and champion best practices in SDLC, testing, and deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field required.
• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• 3+ years of frontend technologies including JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, AngularJS.
• 3+ years developing applications with Java, Spring Boot, Apache Flink.
• 3+ years cloud-based software development including deployment, upgrades, and patch management.
• 3+ years building microservices in a Kubernetes ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop, and evolve software solutions in an Agile environment.
• Provide technical leadership to an Agile team of 5–7 engineers.
• Collaborate with Product Leaders to understand vision and priorities.
• Translate requirements into prioritized user stories and deliver on schedule.
• Develop roadmaps with architects for multi-generation technologies.
• Improve efficiency by reducing duplication and promoting reuse.
• Support continuous improvement across development, maintenance, and support.
• Work with cross-functional teams to align priorities and deliverables.
• Deliver high-quality, reliable, and secure software products.
• Ensure team understands business goals and strategy.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer with subject matter experts.
• Apply SDLC, CI/CD, security, scalability, documentation, testing practices.
• Design, test, and maintain code meeting business objectives.
• Analyze performance and optimize core data structures and algorithms.
• Share knowledge proactively with the team.
