• Promoting high-quality standards across documentation, unit testing, code reviews, test automation & CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, develop and test software structures or programs for software enhancements and new products including cloud-based or internet-related tools.
• Write code that establishes and complements coding specifications for applications and systems.
• Offer software capabilities with high quality, meeting release plans and shipping commitments.
• Work on troubleshooting of diverse scope with sound judgment to select techniques for solutions.
• Lead the daily work of a team; adjust priorities and improve operations.
• Own a practical area; break down large requests into sub-tasks and set goals.
• Review code changes; collaborate with senior personnel; interact with multiple teams.
• Design specifications of initiatives and lead in implementation; contribute to tech strategies.
• Champion Scrum, TDD, and other practices; identify risks early.
• Allocate and track the work of individuals; mentor team members.
