Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of hands-on software engineering experience building and scaling robust backend systems and high-performance frontend applications.
• Strong backend engineering skills with hands-on experience in Node.js, TypeScript, API development, data modeling, and system design.
• Experience with RESTful API design, microservices, distributed systems, and cross-service communication.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB and Redis, data modeling, query design, and performance optimization.
• Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging systems like GCP Pub/Sub, Kafka, RabbitMQ.
• Exposure to AI/LLM development, such as integrating LLM APIs and AI-assisted workflows.
• Frontend experience with Vue.js, React, or Angular, and CSS frameworks like Tailwind or Bootstrap.
• Experience with frontend state management libraries (Vuex/Pinia, Redux, MobX).
• Strong observability and debugging skills using Grafana, Prometheus, Sentry; CI/CD and automated testing.
• Familiarity with ClickHouse and Elasticsearch; productive use of modern SDLC and Git workflows.

Aufgaben

• Own and contribute to architecture, design, and development of key product areas.
• Design and build scalable backend services, APIs, and integrations across microservices and third-party platforms like Stripe.
• Build frontend experiences for agency management, onboarding, and billing workflows with modern frameworks.
• Drive technical decisions, identify risks, and own complex features from design to production.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve development, testing, and refactoring while maintaining quality.
• Design data models and run efficient queries across Firestore, MongoDB, ClickHouse, and Elasticsearch.
• Participate in full SDLC: requirements, design, implementation, deployment, monitoring, and support.
• Write clean, secure code with unit and integration tests; maintain observability through logs and metrics.
• Collaborate with product managers and other teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Follow security, scalability, maintainability, testing, and production-readiness practices.
